What Your Role Entails

Responsible for driving technology innovation, product strategy, and advanced development initiatives for Split AC, VRF, and Ducted air-conditioning systems. The role encompasses the design, development, testing, validation,



and optimization of advanced cooling systems, airflow management technologies, control algorithms, dehumidification solutions, and high-performance heat exchangers. Key focus areas include low-GWP refrigerants, next-generation cooling and heating technologies, energy-efficient system architectures, AI-enabled controls, smart connectivity, and decarbonization solutions. The position involves leading technology scouting, benchmarking, concept development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, industry partners, and academic institutions to accelerate new product development and enhance product competitiveness. Additionally, the role is responsible for integrating innovative dehumidification and airflow technologies with cooling systems, while supporting long-term technology roadmaps aligned with sustainability goals, regulatory requirements, emerging market trends, and continuous improvements in system perform
