One of India’s leading Series B-funded wealth-tech platforms is looking for a Performance Marketer to own and lead its B2C growth charter.
This is not a role limited to running paid campaigns. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the complete acquisition-to-conversion funnel—generating qualified consumer leads, improving lead quality and conversion, reducing drop-offs, and working closely with product and partner teams to drive business growth.

What you will own
B2C growth strategy, execution and performance
Qualified lead generation across paid, organic, content and lifecycle channels
Acquisition, qualification, conversion and reactivation funnels
CAC, CPL, conversion rates, lead quality and ROI
CRO, A/B testing and structured experimentation
CRM, remarketing and lifecycle campaigns
Product and journey improvements that help partners unlock more business
Cross-functional execution across product, analytics, brand, sales and partnerships




What we are looking for
5–10 years of experience in performance or growth marketing
Strong experience owning B2C funnels beyond campaign execution
Proven track record of improving lead-to-customer conversion
Solid understanding of CRO, attribution and marketing analytics
Experience working with sales teams, advisors, agents or partner-led distribution models
Ability to translate business problems into growth and product interventions
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce or similar tools
B2C fintech, wealth-tech or financial-services experience is strongly preferred
Experience using AI tools to build marketing workflows will be an advantage
This role is ideal for someone who thinks in funnels, features and business outcomes—not only impressions and clicks.
