About The Role
We are looking for a skilled System Administrator to manage and maintain our growing IT infrastructure. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our systems remain secure, scalable, and highly available - while enabling teams to operate smoothly across platforms.

Responsibilities




Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of networks, servers and related hardware/software.
Monitor system performance, identify issues, and proactively implement improvements to ensure availability and reliability.
Lead implementation of security protocols - firewalls, encryption, and access controls - to protect against cybersecurity threats.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in compliance with internal policies and security standards.
Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers for integration, upgrades, and issue resolution.
Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and incident responses.
Support audits, compliance efforts, and technical evaluations across internal teams.

Requirements

End-user support for Mac/Windows within the organisation.
Exposure to Okta, G Suite administration and Active Directory.
3–6 Years of Experience
