About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Lead to drive the strategy, implementation, security and day-to-day management of our IT infrastructure across multiple locations.
You will play a critical role in ensuring our technology ecosystem remains secure, scalable, and always available while leading infrastructure projects, vendor partnerships, and IT operations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Infrastructure Management
Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure across servers, storage, networking, Wi-Fi, VPN, cloud platforms, and end-user computing.
Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and business continuity.
Monitor infrastructure health, capacity planning, and optimization.
2. Network & Security
Manage LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, wireless infrastructure, and endpoint security.
Drive cybersecurity initiatives, patch management, vulnerability management, and access controls.
Support ISO/ISMS compliance and incident response.
3. Cloud & Server Administration
Manage Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, virtualization,



and Microsoft 365.
Administer Azure/AWS environments and backup & disaster recovery solutions.
4. IT Operations
Lead the IT support function and ensure SLA adherence.
Oversee employee onboarding/offboarding, access provisioning, and IT asset lifecycle management.
Drive service excellence across multiple office locations.
5. Projects & Vendor Management
Deliver infrastructure projects including office expansions, migrations, upgrades, and technology rollouts.
Manage vendor relationships, procurement, contracts, AMCs, budgets, and technology evaluations.
6. Compliance
Maintain IT policies, documentation, SOPs, asset registers, and audit readiness.
Support internal and external compliance audits.
