Our Advertising CRM team is building the next generation of customer relationship management solutions that unify advertiser data, enable intelligent workflows, and deliver actionable insights across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Billing, and Customer Success.

We are seeking a Principal Software Engineer Manager to lead key engineering investments within the Advertising CRM & Intelligent Business Platforms organization. This team develops AI-powered CRM, sales enablement, workflow automation, business intelligence, monetization, trust, compliance, and operational platform capabilities that empower Microsoft Advertising's commercial ecosystem.

This role is for an engineering leader who can combine technical depth, solid people leadership, execution excellence, and business platform expertise.



The manager will lead a team delivering large-scale enterprise and customer-facing systems in partnership with Product Management, Applied Science, Sales, Customer Success, Security, Privacy, Compliance, Finance, and partner engineering organizations.
