Role Responsibilities
- Deliver SA 8000 3rd-party audits as an APSCA Level 3 Team Leader
- Interact with client leadership and draft detailed audit reports and compliance findings
- Approve reports and issue certifications in a timely, accurate manner
- Support sales team on technical queries and manage key customer relationships
Key Deliverables
- Perform audits and reporting using SAI tools and ensure timely submissions
- Maintain and advance auditor credentials for SA 8000 and other standards
- Support the certification process with report reviews and documentation
- Promote digital tool usage and knowledge-sharing across audit teams
