Job Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of major engagements on a day-to-day basis, providing hands-on technical leadership to the delivery team.
- Global program planning and execution for Data Management programs across Enterprise DWH, Data Lake, Big Data, Business Intelligence & Reporting, Master Data Management solutions. This includes setting up project plans, scopes, budgets, staffing resources, leading client workshops, creating and coordinating final deliverables, providing high quality and insightful advice to our clients in terms of Cloud Data Management strategy, architecture,



operating model, etc.
- Drive data management business requirements across pharma commercial data sets in a workshop setting with client business teams and onshore counterparts.
- Be able to guide the team to deliver the logical and physical data models for Pharma Commercial Data Lakes and Warehouse.
- Maintain responsibility for risk management, quality, and profitability on engagements and liaise with the client lead and onshore delivery partners.
- Drive transparent and timely communication across program stakeholders to ensure everyone is on the same page on the weekly progress.
- Must maintain high standards of quality and thoroughness . Should be able to set up adequate controls within the team to perform code reviews and monitor the quality.
- Represent the Business Information Management (BIM) practice as a SME in cloud data management space .
