Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through chat support
- Resolve order and delivery-related issues
- Manage multiple customer chats simultaneously (3+)
- Deliver quick, accurate, and customer-focused resolutions
- Maintain high customer satisfaction while meeting quality and productivity targets
Eligibility Criteria
2+ years of experience in Customer Support (Chat Process preferred)
Excellent written English communication skills
Typing Speed: Minimum 45 WPM with good accuracy
Comfortable working in rotational night shifts
Immediate joiners preferred
