We work with acquiring banks, payment institutions, EMIs, crypto infrastructure providers, and regulated financial partners across Europe, Canada, the UAE, the UK, Asia, and other international markets.
As we continue expanding globally, we are looking for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to become a key member of our leadership team.

What We're Looking For
5+ years PQE (preferred)
Strong fintech or banking legal background
Experience with payment institutions or EMIs
Experience in crypto/Web3 is a major advantage
Solid commercial contract drafting skills
Experience negotiating with banks and regulated financial institutions
Cross-border legal experience
International corporate structuring experience
