Stakeholder Management

Coordinate with site supervisors and workers to ensure compliance with EHS protocols.
Communicate safety requirements and corrective actions to project teams.
Provide input to EHS Manager for incident reporting and resolution.

Leadership and Team Development

Provide EHS induction and training to project personnel,



contractors, and visitors.
Foster awareness of safety procedures and guidelines among the workforce.
Act as a role model for safety practices and promote a culture of teamwork.
Assist in mentoring junior EHS staff and contractors on site-specific safety requirements.

Compliance and Safety

Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness campaigns.
Support the investigation of incidents and near misses, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
Verify the use of PPE and adherence to protected work practices.
Maintain and update EHS documentation, including checklists, permits, and records.
