Key Responsibilities
University Agent Portal Management:
○ Handling the university agent portals for institutions in the UK, Ireland, and Canada to facilitate student applications, admissions, and enrolments.
○ Ensuring timely and accurate data entry into the portals, aligning with institutional requirements. CRM Updates and Information Sharing:
○ Ensuring that all student admission decisions are updated in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
○ Promptly sharing updated decisions with counsellors to keep them informed of application progress. University Coordination:
○ Engaging with university representatives via email and phone to obtain student admission decisions, updates, and necessary clarifications.
○ Ensuring smooth communication between StudyIn universities, and students.
Data Management And Compliance
○ Handling critical spreadsheets received directly from universities and ensuring comprehensive data collation regarding student enrolment, deferments, online registration, pending decisions, and compliance checklists.
○ Maintaining detailed records on CAS Shield Checklist, Pre-CAS Interviews, Refund Requests, Visa Processing Status, and Pending Documentation to ensure accurate tracking.
Counsellor And Consultant Coordination
○ Collaborating with counsellors and consultants to track and update the status of their students’ applications.
○ Providing regular updates to ensure timely actions are taken for pending cases. Student Interview Coordina
