About The Role

P99Soft is looking for an experienced AVP – Marketing to build, lead, and scale an integrated B2B marketing function that drives brand awareness, demand generation, account engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B technology/IT services marketing, with expertise in content marketing, SEO, paid media, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), inbound demand generation, partner marketing, and marketing operations.

The role requires close collaboration with Sales, SDR, Alliances, Pre-sales, Delivery, and CoE teams to execute high-impact marketing strategies that contribute to qualified pipeline and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning

Develop annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with revenue goals, target industries, geographies, and service offerings.
Define brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions focused on business outcomes.




Manage the integrated marketing calendar and allocate budgets across marketing channels.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across the website, social media, campaigns, sales collateral, and partner platforms.

Team Leadership & Marketing Operations

Lead and manage SEO, Content, Social Media, Digital Marketing teams, agencies, and vendors.
Define team KRAs, performance metrics, delivery standards, and review processes.
Implement and manage CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and attribution frameworks.
Build dashboards to track campaign performance, brand visibility, lead conversion, account engagement, pipeline contribution, and marketing ROI.
