About The Role

P99Soft is looking for a highly motivated Pre-Sales Consultant to support the sales cycle by qualifying opportunities, conducting customer discovery, coordinating solution development, and preparing compelling proposals. The role acts as a bridge between Sales, SDRs, Solution Architects, Practice Heads, Marketing, Delivery, Partnerships, and Leadership to ensure qualified opportunities progress efficiently through the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate should possess strong business analysis, stakeholder management, solution coordination, and proposal development skills, with experience supporting enterprise sales engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Qualification & Opportunity Management

Review and qualify leads generated through SDRs, Marketing, Partners, Referrals, and Founder-led initiatives.
Conduct account, industry, competitor, and stakeholder research before discovery sessions.
Understand customer business challenges, technology landscape,



buying intent, and commercial priorities.
Prepare discovery questions, document customer requirements, timelines, decision-makers, and business objectives.
Coordinate follow-up activities, maintain CRM updates, and recommend whether opportunities should be progressed, nurtured, or disqualified based on qualification criteria.

Solution Development & Proposal Management

Collaborate with Solution Architects and Practice Heads to develop customer-specific solution strategies.
Coordinate technical discovery workshops and solution discussions.
Prepare and manage proposals, solution presentations, scope documents, capability responses, and pre-sales collateral.
Ensure proposals clearly communicate customer challenges, proposed solutions, business outcomes, scope, assumptions, and next steps.
Maintain reusable proposal templates, case studies, solution narratives, and capability documents.
