Job Summary

SuperProcure is looking for Business Analyst Trainee with organizational, management and problem-solving skills. We are seeking a high level of motivation, a self- starter attitude, and the ability to work with minimal direction and supervision. The ideal candidate will be helping to drive day to day business requirements for various clients.

Responsibilities

Provide support in project management & successful implementation across clients. Join SP customer interaction call to understand, discover, document, organize, and clarify business needs.
Prioritize requirements for and across various clients.
Help in preparing Business Blueprint of Client TOBE Process, understand how to map it to SuperProcure functionalities and identify areas of customization.




Help team in preparing Detailed Specifications of Customization and walkthrough with clients to finally obtain their approval. Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders including internal and external.
Work with the Technical Analyst and development team to ensure that they understand the specifications.
Help build applicable scenarios for the testing team.
Assist Project Manager to clearly scope and track projects, develop and assign workstreams, maintain a steady pace, and ensure reliable delivery.

Skills And Qualifications

Degree in B.Tech, BCA, or BSc (CS / IT) - from any recognised university
0-2 years of experience as Business Analyst or similar role.
Ability to work under pressure and meet client timelines.
Solid attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including effective communication with both business and tech
