About The Role

NetCom Learning is looking for a hands-on Marketo expert to take full end-to-end ownership of our Marketo instance-administration, architecture, and day-to-day operations.



This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy and technical execution: you will translate business requirements from Marketing, RevOps, and Sales into scalable Marketo programs, campaigns, and data structures. You will also own the integration layer between Marketo and our broader GTM stack, including GoTo Webinar and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Success in this role looks like a well-governed, high-performing Marketo instance that reliably feeds clean, accurately-scored leads into the funnel, with minimal manual intervention and strong cross-functional trust in the data.

What You Will Do

Own the Marketo instance end-to-end-administration, architecture, governance, and roadmap.
Translate business and marketing requirements into scalable Marketo programs, workflows, and campaigns.
Design and maintain the Marketo data model, including custom fields, scoring fields, and program/channel taxonomy.
