About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator with 7–8 years of relevant experience in commercial projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, ensuring effective communication between project stakeholders, monitoring project progress,



and supporting the project team in delivering projects within the agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards.

What do we need from you

Coordinate and monitor day-to-day project activities to ensure smooth project execution.
Act as a key point of coordination between clients, consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal project teams.
Prepare and maintain project schedules, trackers, progress reports, and project documentation.
Monitor project progress against agreed timelines and highlight delays, risks, and critical issues.
Organize and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and circulate minutes of meetings (MoM).
Follow up on action items and ensure timely closure of pending tasks.
Coordinate the submission and review of drawings, documents, and technical deliverables.
Support the project team in managing project deliverables and key milestones.
