Qualification:
Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
5–6 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, audit, and financial reporting.
Experience in manufacturing, export-oriented companies, or multinational organizations will be preferred.
Role Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accounts Manager to support the Finance Manager in overseeing accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, audits, taxation, and management reporting. The ideal candidate should have solid technical expertise in Indian GAAP, IND AS, taxation, and financial statement finalization, with the ability to independently handle finance and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Accounting & Reporting
Maintain books of accounts in accordance with Indian GAAP and applicable IND AS.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
Ensure timely completion of balance sheet reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
Support the Finance Manager in financial reporting and statutory compliance.
Audit & Compliance
Independently manage Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit, and Transfer Pricing Audit.
Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Ensure timely closure of audit observations.
Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation.
Direct & Indirect Taxation
Manage end-to-end GST compliance, including return filing, reconciliations, assessments, and
notices.
Handle TDS computation, payment, return filing, and reconciliations.
Assist in Income Tax compliance and assessments.
Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory regulations.
Export & Regulatory Compliance
Handle EDPMS closures and reconciliation with banks.
Coordinate with AD Banks for export documentation and FEMA-related compliance.
