Configure and customize core ITSM modules—incident, service request, problem, change, knowledge
Build service catalogs
Create automation scripts
Manage asset and CMDB, including managing Cis and Sis, managing asset life cycle
Configure workflows, business rules, service level targets, notifications
Manage ACLs
Configure and build reports and dashboards
