Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Performance Marketing Intern to support our digital advertising team.

The ideal candidate will gain hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, conducting market research, and optimizing digital marketing efforts across various platforms.

Responsibilities
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital channels.
Support keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Monitor campaign performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
Coordinate with the creative team for ad copies, banners, and campaign assets.
Conduct market and industry research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Track campaign budgets and spending under supervision.
Support lead generation and conversion optimization initiatives.





Required Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and advertising platforms.
Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, or similar tools is a plus.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
