Essential Duties & Responsibilities: (Detailed Description)
Workday development experience in successful end-to-end implementations or support on Workday Configurations
This individual has the qualities to be part of a team of Configuration Consultants and collaborate with the team and the Lead.
This person should be able to make configuration changes to the existing Workday system.
· Configuration support for at least 3+ clients handled on AMS support / enhancements model for HCM Core
· Workday Time + Absence + Reporting
· Hands on experience in Advance Reports and Security
· Experience in Business Process setup
· General knowledge of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas
· Valuable understanding of Workday Security
· Ability to configure and test functional changes to Workday modules
· Ability to gather & analyze requirements, collaborate with business, and configure new Workday features
· Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player
