About the Role
We are looking for a Data Scientist to build and scale next-generation voice bot / conversational AI systems. You will work on real-world problems involving speech recognition, natural language understanding, LLMs, and real-time AI pipelines. This role is highly hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys building production-grade AI systems, not just experimentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop end-to-end voice bot systems (VAD → STT → LLM → TTS pipelines)
Build and optimize real-time conversational AI systems




Work with streaming ASR (speech-to-text) and TTS systems
Develop and fine-tune LLM-based workflows for dialogue management
Improve latency, accuracy, and scalability of AI systems
Handle audio data processing, feature extraction, and model integration
Collaborate with backend teams to deploy models via APIs / WebSockets
Monitor and improve production systems using metrics and feedback loops
Experiment with recent models (ASR, LLMs, speaker verification, etc.)

Required Skills:

3+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning
Strong programming skills in Python
Hands-on experience with: NLP / Speech / Audio ML systems LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, open-source models, etc.)
Deep learning frameworks (PyTorch / TensorFlow)
Experience with real-time systems / streaming pipelines
Good understanding of: ASR / TTS systems
Model deployment (FastAPI, Docker, etc.)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Az
