We are seeking a Technical Lead, Business & Data Intelligence to lead Business Intelligence and Data Analytics initiatives across our global organization. In this role, you will transform data into actionable insights, build scalable data solutions, and serve as the Global Power BI Administrator. Working closely with business and technology teams, you will leverage tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Microsoft Purview to drive data governance, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

BI Leadership
Lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of BI solutions and data analytics projects across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards




Develop and maintain the organization's BI roadmap in collaboration with business stakeholders and technology teams
Establish best practices, standards, and governance frameworks for BI development and data management
Provide technical mentorship to team members and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team
Technical Administration & Infrastructure
Serve as the Global Administrator for Power BI, managing enterprise-wide deployment, security, and access controls
Oversee Power BI license management, workspace organization, and permission structures 1
Monitor and optimize Power BI performance, implementing best practices for report development and distribution
Design and implement disaster recovery and backup strategies for BI infrastructure
