Job Description

Candidate should have 13+ years of prior experience in delivering customer focused Cloud Data Management solution(s): Enterprise Data Warehouse, Enterprise Data Lake, Master Data Management System, Business Intelligence & Reporting solutions, IT Architecture Consulting, Cloud Platforms ( AWS/AZURE), SaaS/PaaS based solutions in the Life Science industry.

Candidate must have prior hands-on working experience in technologies such as AWS Cloud services, Snowflake, Redshift, ETL tools like Informatica/Matillion, Python with strong fundamentals in Enterprise Data Management, Data Warehousing, Data Governance and Data Modelling concepts.

Should have prior experience in driving Cloud Data Management solutions across Pharma Commercial data domains like Retail and Non-Retail Sales, Patient data, Digital Marketing Data.

Must have a very good understanding of end-to-end pharma commercial landscape covering both enterprise and syndicated data sets.

Responsibilities

Technology: Independently design, implement,



and deliver complex Data Warehousing, Data Mart, and Data Integration solutions on Snowflake, hosted on either AWS or Azure.
Requirements Gathering: Effectively understand and interpret requirements directly from clients or from project teams, particularly across pharmaceutical commercial data domains.
Technical Design & Development: Architect and develop simple to highly complex ETL/ELT pipelines on AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
Delivery Leadership: Oversee day-to-day delivery of major engagements, providing hands-on technical leadership to the team. Manage risks, ensure quality, and coordinate closely with clients and onshore counterparts.
Analytical Thinking: Apply robust analytical and logical reasoning to assess data, troubleshoot issues, and evaluate complex situations.
Client Relationship Management: Independently or collaboratively manage client communications and expectations. Ensure timely delive
