Talent Acquisition Specialist - AI & Product Engineering
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India

What You’ll Do:
End-to-End Ownership: Take complete ownership of the full hiring lifecycle — from requirement gathering with stakeholders, proactive sourcing, L1 technical prescreening, interviews, offer negotiation, to successful onboarding.
High-Quality AI Talent Sourcing & Screening: Focus on identifying and attracting top-tier GenAI, AI Python, Full Stack (with strong AI focus), and related talent. Prioritize quality over quantity — submit only thoroughly vetted, high-caliber profiles.
L1 Technical Prescreening: Conduct initial technical assessments and screening interviews. You must understand AI concepts deeply, speak the AI language fluently, and evaluate candidates on Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LLMs, RAG, agentic systems, cloud-native AI deployment (Kubernetes, Docker), and real-world problem-solving.
