Job Description
This position is responsible to oversee and manage the learning and development process for all talent in the hotel. This position will ensure that all learning activities support Accor philosophy of creating an environment where each and every member of the team is recognized as talent and feels valued for their contribution.
Develop, implement, and oversee the annual training plan and learning budget, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals and effective resource allocation
Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis in collaboration with department heads and stakeholders to identify skill gaps and design targeted learning solutions
Design, coordinate, and deliver engaging training programs—both internal and external—across all organizational levels, utilizing diverse delivery methods and platforms
