MiTran Global works with parents of teenagers to help build emotional strength, confidence, self-discipline, and stronger life direction in young people aged 11–19.

We are looking for a high-conviction Sales Closer who understands that this is not a transactional sale. The buyer is the parent, the decision is often emotional before it becomes logical, and the job is to lead the conversation with insight, empathy, and authority — not just “pitch and push.”
This role is for someone who has already closed high-ticket EdTech programs and knows how to handle real buying psychology on a call.

What you will own
Close warm parent leads for a premium program priced around ₹50,000.
Understand the parent’s deeper concern, not just the surface-level objection.
Drive conversations with the right balance of empathy, urgency, and authority.
Handle objections rooted in fear, guilt, indecision, trust, and price sensitivity.
Consistently achieve monthly closure targets.
Share call insights and market feedback to improve qualification and conversion quality.

What makes you a fit
5–6+ years in sales,



with real closing experience, not just lead generation or appointment setting.
Mandatory experience in EdTech sales.
Must have closed programs in the ₹50,000 to ₹1,00,000 price range.
Solid understanding of buyer psychology, emotional triggers, and decision-making behavior.
Excellent control over tonality and call presence.
MUST be fluent in Hindi and English, with the ability to switch naturally during parent conversations.
Proven record of meeting or exceeding monthly closing numbers.

This role is not for
Script readers who cannot think on their feet.
Candidates with only low-ticket product experience.
Profiles without direct EdTech closing exposure.
People who confuse activity with actual conversions.
