Position Summary





AIMS Institutes is seeking a motivated and service-oriented IT Lab Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of computer laboratories and provide technical assistance to students, faculty, and staff. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of computer hardware, networking, operating systems, and software installation, along with a willingness to learn and grow in a professional academic environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesComputer Lab Management

Ensure all computer laboratories are operational and ready before practical sessions.
Monitor the functioning of desktop computers, printers, projectors, scanners, and other peripherals.
Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of computer labs.
Assist faculty during practical classes and laboratory sessions.

Technical Support

Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and application software.
Install programming software, educational applications, antivirus software, and utilities.
