Agentic AI Systems Engineer – Fab, Assembly & Test

THE ROLE:
We are seeking a Staff Agentic AI Automation Engineer to design and deliver AI-powered automation solutions that enhance manufacturing and enterprise operations. This role will focus on transforming manual, repetitive, and complex business workflows into intelligent digital processes by leveraging AI agents,



automation platforms, data integration, and enterprise system connectivity. The candidate must be self-motivated, collaborative, and able to adapt effectively in a rapid-paced environment.
THE PERSON:
You're a highly motivated team player with a strong development background, problem solving mentality, excellent communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks along with willingness to learn and adapt. Excellent teamwork skills and capable of working independently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify business processes across manufacturing, engineering, and enterprise operations that can be improved through AI and automation.
Design and deploy AI agents that can analyze data, support decision-making, and execute actions across connected systems.
Build automation workflows that integrate applications, APIs, data sources, and enterprise platforms such as MES, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and reporting systems.
