As an Associate – Company Secretary & Compliance, you will support the Company's
corporate governance, secretarial, and regulatory compliance functions. You will
assist in organizing Board, Committee, and Shareholder meetings, preparing
meeting documentation, maintaining statutory records, and ensuring timely
filings with regulatory authorities such as the Ministry of Corporate Affairs
(MCA), Stock Exchanges, SEBI, and RBI.
The role also involves supporting compliance under SEBI Listing Regulations,
Insider Trading Regulations, FEMA/RBI requirements, and other applicable laws.
You will assist in the administration of ESOP/RSU programs, investor services,
annual report preparation, and coordination with auditors, registrars,
regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders. Additionally, you will help
monitor compliance across the Company and its subsidiaries, maintain compliance
tools and records, and contribute to strengthening governance and compliance
processes.
