Shift: 2.00pm to 11.00pm IST

Job Description:

This position is primarily focused on driving setup / changes / configuration related to Core HR, Recruit and on boarding processes in Oracle Fusion.
Configuring, and implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for core HR functions like workforce structure, employee data management, and organizational hierarchy.
Enhance Recruiting application features and user experience for requisition and offer process




Valuable experience with career site customization and job posting controls
Configure Interview scheduling in Oracle and integrate with MS teams
Configure and modify Feedback templates.
Configure/Modify Approval Workflow
Offer letters templates creation and modification
Page customizations and rules configuration using Visual Builder studio
Knowledge in guided journey
Agents creation and manage
Experience in working with AI agents and process automatons
