ORGANIZATION UNIT PURPOSE

The unit is responsible for building,



implementing and enforcing common structures and guidelines for architecture, development and testing practices in order to enable world-class solutions definition, delivery and build resilient, agile and secured technology landscape aligned with Emirates NBD business strategy.

Achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering technology governance and solutions that provide exceptional business value to internal users and Emirates NBD customers as well as ensuring common standards and principals across Emirates NBD Group. The unit maintains all guidelines, blueprints and practices for the technical teams working in agile, platform, and Infrastructure & data teams across Group IT.

The unit is responsible for staffing agile and technical teams with the right capable resources, manage the resources learning and development and provide them with the guidance and support to succeed in their roles.
