About the Role




We're looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven HR professional with hands-on Darwinbox experience to join our Talent Management team.
As part of the Talent Management – Governance function, you will primarily own the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimization of Darwinbox, ensuring HR processes run seamlessly across the employee lifecycle. You will work closely with internal HR teams and the Darwinbox support team to configure workflows, resolve system issues, implement process improvements, and drive better system adoption.
In addition to HRMS ownership, you'll contribute to SOP creation, policy documentation, process governance, and periodic HR audits to help build scalable and compliant HR operations.
