Role Overview:

We are looking for energetic, ambitious, and target-driven Business Development Associates who are passionate about helping learners transform their careers.

As a Business Development Associate, you will counsel prospective learners, understand their career goals, recommend the right upskilling programs, and guide them through the complete enrolment journey. You will play a key role in driving admissions and contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospective learners through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Understand learner career aspirations and recommend suitable programs.
- Counsel learners on SAP, Data Analytics, Full Stack Development, AI, Cloud, and other career-focused programs.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to enrolment.
- Build trust through timely follow-ups and personalized counselling.
- Handle objections confidently and assist learners in making informed career decisions.
- Achieve monthly enrolment, revenue, and collection targets.




- Maintain accurate learner information and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with Operations for a smooth onboarding experience.
- Submit daily activity reports and sales updates.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Monthly enrolment targets
- Revenue and collection targets
- Lead-to-enrolment conversion rate
- Daily calling and counselling activities
- Follow-up adherence
- CRM accuracy and reporting
- Learner satisfaction and counselling quality

Eligibility:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Academic Counselling, or B2C Sales.
- Prior experience in EdTech, Higher Education, or Upskilling Industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP courses (FICO, MM, SD, ABAP, S/4HANA) will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented workplace.
