Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Video Editor role based in Indore. The Video Editor will capture, assemble, and edit video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and educational content related to entrepreneurship, digital marketing, and tech topics.



Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing raw footage, selecting and trimming clips, adding transitions, graphics, and sound, and ensuring videos align with brand guidelines and messaging. The role involves close collaboration with the content, marketing, and design teams to develop storyboards, refine concepts, and optimize videos for different platforms and formats. The Video Editor will also manage file organization, maintain consistency in visual style, and stay updated on video trends and best practices to enhance audience engagement.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and basic motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
- Strong skills in visual storytelling, pacing, and narrative structure, with the ability to translate scripts and concepts into engaging video content.
