Job Description:

We are looking for a agile and enthusiastic HRBP Fresher to join our growing IT Product Company. This role is ideal for MBA HR graduates who are passionate about employee engagement, HR operations, talent management, and building a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities :
- Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.
- Assist in onboarding, induction, and employee lifecycle management.
- Coordinate with business teams on HR-related requirements.
- Support performance management and employee relations activities.
- Maintain HR records, MIS, and HR documentation.

Employee Relations
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Assist in handling employee grievance cases and conflict resolution.

HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.




- Support onboarding and induction processes.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and company guidelines.

Performance Management
- Assist in performance review cycles.
- Coordinate goal-setting and appraisal processes.
- Track employee performance metrics and HR reports.

HR Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare HR dashboards and MIS reports.
- Analyze employee data to provide actionable insights.
- Generate reports on attrition, attendance, hiring, and engagement.

Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.
- 01 year experience (Freshers can apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR processes.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in an HRBP role.
