Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Engineer to deliver post-sales support, solution implementation, and ongoing technical guidance to enterprise clients. This role requires solid technical expertise, hands-on deployment capabilities, and a commitment to ensuring customer success throughout the solution lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will act as a trusted technical advisor, managing implementations, resolving complex issues, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless solution adoption and long-term value realization.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation & Deployment
- Install, configure, and integrate cybersecurity solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.




- Execute solution rollouts, migrations, and upgrades with minimal business disruption.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and runbooks.

Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide timely resolution of customer issues, incidents, and escalations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical problems in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
- Manage support tickets, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.

Customer Engagement
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts.
- Deliver technical training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer to customer teams.
- Advise customers on best practices and optimize solution performance and usage.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with pre-sales teams to ensure a smooth transition from solution design to implementation.
