Job Description
- · Lead the development of detailed design and coordination of dry utility systems such as Duct Banks for electrical, telecommunication and gas networks.
- · Support the design development, coordination, and design considerations for dry utilities, including hydro, gas, and telecommunications, within transportation and urban corridors.




- · Apply subsurface utility engineering principles to evaluate utility data quality and support informed design decisions.
- · Interface with multiple disciplines to resolve utility conflicts and support approvals.
- · Review and guide utility design deliverables to ensure technical quality and coordination across disciplines.
- · Provide technical support during construction, including clarification responses as required.
- · Mentor intermediate and junior staff and contribute positively to client relationships.
- · Conflict analysis and resolution in 2D and 3D CAD setting.
- · Ownership of QA/QC process of design deliverables.
- · Support preparation of technical specifications and contract documents.

Qualifications
- · Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- · 10+ years of experience in municipal and/or transportation infrastructure projects.
