Role Purpose

Owns BOQ, rate analysis, measurement, PO-gate discipline, cost control, and direct-from-manufacturer procurement, inventory, GST handling.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain BOQs and rate analyses for all self-performed trades.
- Certify measurements and billing; reconcile against POs under a hard PO-gate — no work without an approved PO.
- Manage direct-from-manufacturer procurement, inventory, and GST input-credit handling.
- Track standing-team cost, working-capital deployment, and progress against the break-even model
- Flag cost leakage or procurement/PO-discipline issues.
- Maintain consolidated defect-liability and vendor-warranty tracking in place of a single GC warranty.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in QS, billing, or cost-control roles on construction/fit-out projects.
- Healthcare project experience a plus.

BOQ/estimation, GST and procurement literacy, financial discipline, reconciliation.

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
