- Care Coordination: Book surgeries and manage communication between patients, ophthalmologists, and the operating theater team.
- Emotional Support: Relieve patient anxiety and address pre- or post-operative concerns.
- Documentation: Keep detailed records of counseling sessions, daily reports, and follow-up paths.
- Communication: Clear verbal skills to simplify medical details for patients and families.
- Background: Often requires a degree or diploma in optometry, nursing, or a related healthcare/social work field.
- Coordination: Robust organizational ability to manage hospital scheduling and workflow.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
