Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented FP&A; professional to drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across the organization. The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders to provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
Analyze monthly financial performance, identify key variances, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Prepare management reports
