We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Automation QA professional with strong expertise in Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) and Salesforce platform testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automation frameworks, Salesforce architecture, and end-to-end QA processes.
In this role, you will collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and QA teams to ensure high-quality Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. You will be responsible for designing and executing automated test scripts, managing test cycles, and ensuring seamless releases aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Perform end-to-end Salesforce testing across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.
Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).
Execute regression, functional, and integration testing to ensure system reliability.




Collaborate with developers and business teams to validate requirements and ensure quality delivery.
Identify defects, track issues, and support resolution throughout the testing lifecycle.
Contribute to test planning, test case design, and execution strategies.
Work within Agile methodologies and participate in sprint planning and QA activities.
Support CI/CD pipeline integration for automated testing processes.
Ensure adherence to QA standards, best practices, and documentation requirements.

Requirements
Basic Requirements
4+ years of experience in Salesforce QA Automation.
Hands-on expertise in Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and release processes.
Experience in automation testing frameworks and tools.
Knowledge of QA methodologies, test lifecycle, and defect management.
