​Position Summary
IOL Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals Limited is seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented IT Lead to drive enterprise-wide IT strategy, digital transformation, enterprise applications, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and regulatory compliance across manufacturing plants and corporate offices. The incumbent will lead SAP Rise adoption, enterprise application integration, Industry 4.0 initiatives, cloud transformation, IT governance, and business continuity while ensuring a secure, scalable, highly available, and GxP-compliant technology workplace.
Location: Ludhiana & Barnala, Punjab

Key Responsibilities
1. SAP Rise & Enterprise Applications

Lead implementation, support, enhancement, and continuous optimization of SAP Rise.





Manage the SAP ecosystem including SAP SuccessFactors and integration with enterprise applications.

Ensure seamless integration between SAP and third-party business systems.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to streamline and automate business processes.

Drive SAP governance, performance optimization, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure high system availability and user adoption across business functions.

2. Digital Transformation & Industry 4.0

Lead the organization's digital transformation roadmap.

Identify, evaluate, and implement innovative technologies to digitize and automate business processes.

Drive Industry 4.0 initiatives across manufacturing operations.

Promote data-driven decision-making through digital technologies.

Improve operational efficiency through automation, AI-enabled solutions, and process optimization.

Lead infrastructure modernization and enterprise technology transformation initiatives.
