Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Accounts & Finance to handle accounting, compliance, banking, budgeting, procurement, payroll, and administrative activities. The candidate should have strong financial knowledge, hands-on accounting experience, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle accounting entries, ledger scrutiny, reconciliation, and finalization of accounts in Tally Prime.

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and statutory regulations.

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, MIS reporting,



and financial planning.

• Coordinate internal/statutory audits and maintain financial documentation.

• Manage banking activities including LC, BG, working capital, loan documentation, and foreign remittances.

• Coordinate import/export documentation and ensure FEMA/RBI compliance.

• Oversee procurement, vendor management, purchase approvals, and warehouse/inventory checks.

• Supervise payroll processing, manpower budgeting, and administrative operations.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, external CAs, consultants, and financial institutions.

Required Skills

• Robust knowledge of Accounts, Finance & Compliance

• Proficiency in Tally Prime and Advanced Excel

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax & Payroll compliance

• Experience in budgeting, cash flow, banking & audit coordination

• ERP exposure preferred (ERP Next/SAP or similar)
