Designation: Chemist

Location: Surat

Qualifications:

B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry or relevant field

Experience:

2–4 years in ink/chemical manufacturing or QC role

Job Profile / Responsibilities:

1. Conduct raw material testing and prepare small lab batches for validation

2. Perform quality testing of manufactured ink and maintain daily reports

3. Generate batch-wise and monthly quality reports for raw materials & finished goods

4. Ensure accurate documentation and system entry of all test results

5. Supervise operators for batch charging, log-sheet filling, and raw material weighing

6. Ensure adherence to SOPs in filtration, packing, and production processes

7. Report process deviations and quality issues to management on a daily basis

Primary / Non-Negotiable Skills:

1. Robust knowledge of chemical testing & QC processes

2. Experience in ink/paint/chemical manufacturing

3. Hands-on lab testing & reporting skills

Additional Skills:

Attention to detail and documentation accuracy

Team handling & shop-floor coordination

Basic understanding of SOP compliance

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
