Position Summary
The EHS Manager will lead Workplace, Health & Safety programs across multiple facilities, including chemical operations, laboratories, instrument operations, offices, distribution centers, and transportation activities. The role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, driving a proactive safety culture, and implementing strategic EHS initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities




Develop and deploy EHS strategy across multiple facilities.
Ensure compliance with EHS regulations, statutory licenses, and environmental permits.
Manage cradle-to-grave chemical lifecycle, hazardous waste, and dangerous goods transportation compliance.
Conduct EHS audits, DuPont safety assessments, risk assessments, and implement corrective action plans.
Lead electrical safety, office safety, laboratory, warehouse, and facility safety assessments.
Drive Felt Leadership and behavioral safety initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and safety ownership.
Promote a strong driving safety culture, including driver safety programs and transportation risk management. Communicate mitigation plans not restricted to - electrical safety, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), PPE, hazard communication, ergonomics, emergency preparedness, and workplace safety requirements.
