Role Description
The Last-Mile Station Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hanumangarh, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at the local delivery station. This role includes managing incoming and outgoing shipments, coordinating last-mile delivery routes, assigning tasks to delivery staff, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. The Station Manager monitors performance metrics, resolves operational issues, and maintains compliance with safety, quality, and service standards.



The role also involves collaborating with logistics partners, handling escalations, optimizing resource utilization, and implementing process improvements aligned with LEAN and SIX SIGMA principles. The Station Manager provides leadership to the station team, supports training and development, and ensures clear communication with central operations and customer support.

Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or last-mile delivery operations, preferably in e-commerce or transportation environments.
- Robust skills in station management, including team supervision, shift planning, and performance monitoring.
- Ability to manage routing, scheduling, and load planning to optimize delivery efficiency and service levels.
- Proficiency in using logistics or warehouse management systems, basic MS Office tools, and mobile-based delivery applications.
