ICE North Refrigeration Pvt. Ltd.is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Fresher project engineer assist in the execution and supervision of industrial refrigeration and cold storage projects. The candidate will work under the guidance of senior engineers to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and according to company quality standards.

Role & responsibilities

Site Supervision
- Assist in supervising daily site activities and installation work.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and instructions.
- Monitor fabrication, piping, equipment installation, insulation, and electrical work.
- Report daily site progress to the Project Manager.

Coordination
- Coordinate with technicians, welders, electricians, and contractors.
- Follow up on daily work schedules.
- Communicate site requirements to the project office.

Material Management
- Verify materials received at site against delivery documents.
- Maintain records of material consumption and shortages.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.

Quality & Safety




- Ensure workers use appropriate PPE.
- Follow company safety procedures and site regulations.
- Assist in inspections, pressure testing, and quality checks.
- Report unsafe conditions immediately.

Documentation
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
- Maintain manpower attendance records.
- Capture site photographs and maintain progress records.
- Assist in preparing project handover documents.

Learning & Development
- Learn industrial refrigeration systems and site execution.
- Understand GA drawings, P&IDs;, and isometric drawings.
- Participate in commissioning and testing activities under supervision.

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qualification
- Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning,

Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
