Key Responsibilities

As the
Project Manager – Airframe Systems
, you will be responsible for the complete project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead end-to-end project execution for Airframe Systems development programs.
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, schedules, budgets,



and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans using
MS Project
or
Primavera
.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, Quality, Legal, and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS).
- Monitor project performance, schedules, costs, risks, and resource utilization.
- Drive risk identification, mitigation planning, and change management activities.
- Manage supplier engagements including RFIs, RFPs, contracts, and performance tracking.
- Support technical design reviews, verification activities, testing campaigns, and production readiness.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace regulations including FAA, EASA, and applicable defense standards.
- Present project status, key risks, and performance metrics to senior leadership and customers.
- Manage customer expectations while ensuring contractual commitments are achieved.
