Job Description Data & Analytics Lead

Role Purpose

To build and manage the organization’s endtoend data and analytics ecosystem, enabling accurate reporting, performance tracking, user journey analysis, and insight generation across departments. While the role will cover enterpriselevel analytics (operations, call centre, digital, service lines, business performance), the primary responsibility will be to drive marketing analytics, CRM insights, and user behavior intelligence for datadriven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & CRM Analytics
- Develop and maintain marketing analytics dashboards covering lead generation, campaign performance, call centre metrics, funnel conversions, and ROI.
- Build endtoend CRM reporting, including lead inflow, conversion tracking, patient journeys, engagement analysis, and SLA adherence.
- Design user/patient journey analytics across the full cycle: first touch enquiry appointment footfall admission.
- Establish source attribution frameworks (Google, Meta, Website, GMB, offline referrals, SEO).




- Provide insights for campaign optimisation, budget allocation, and channel ROI improvement.
- Support marketing teams with segmentation models for remarketing, audience clusters, and behavioural insights.

OrganizationWide Insights & Data Management
- Build and maintain a centralized data warehouse integrating CRM, HIS, call centre, website, business operations, and digital marketing platforms
- Develop enterprise dashboards for leadership covering service-line performance, acquisition metrics, repeat behaviour, doctor utilisation, and geographic insights
- Ensure data governance, quality checks, validation rules, and compliance across all systems
- Create automated KPIs, forecasting models, and statistical outputs used across departments (Operations, Marketing, Strategy, Digital)
