Work Hour: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Own the end-to-end Sales Agent Commission process, including commission calculations, reconciliations, statement preparation, approval coordination, and timely commission payouts.
Analyze CRM, billing,



and financial data to ensure accurate commission calculations, investigate discrepancies, and resolve commission-related queries by collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Strategic Partnerships, Finance, AP, and AR teams.
Prepare commission reports, leadership summaries, and supporting documentation while ensuring compliance with commission policies and contractual agreements.
Reconcile billing discrepancies with customers and internal stakeholders, ensure financial transactions are accurately recorded, and identify opportunities to improve billing and commission processes.
Manage Finance Account Settings based on requests from Account Managers and Sales, including client migrations between Infobip entities and account ownership/control updates.
Offer creation for prepaid customers across all regions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Credit Risk, Legal, and Finance) to understand customer contractual terms and execute billing-rel
